Overview

InfarQuant cropped starting slide for preprocessing setup

InfarQuant quantification snapshot of infarct detection

Preprocess whole-slide IHC images into section-level analysis inputs.
Apply interactive midline and contour-based segmentation per section.
Run ROI-assisted infarct quantification with threshold controls.
Export CSV metrics and result images for lesion burden analysis.
